Once dates have been confirmed, we
require a 50% deposit, up to 30 days in advance to hold reservation.
Balance due 10 days prior to arrival or upon making the reservation if within 30 days.
We will refund your deposit (minus a 15% handling fee) if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation made after that time will be refunded (minus a
15% handling fee) only if we can secure another reservation for that period.

Original Yurts have been and are used by the nomadic herdsmen of the steppes of Mongolia as their primary shelter. The Yurt is a semi-permanent structure; round and covered with canvas materials; which they can put up or take down quickly, and transport them wherever their life style takes them.
Our Yurt is a modern example of this structure, embellished to fit the American lifestyle.
Located on our beautiful 100% USDA Certified Organic, 8 acre coffee farm in Kona Hawaii.
For those who like to think they are "roughing it", but don't necessarily like what that term entails, this experience is the perfect answer.
Our Yurt has a deck completely surrounding it, where you can sun bathe, view the ocean and mountains, or just sit in the shade, read a book and sip a cool drink. Views from the deck in any direction are fabulous.
The yurt has screened windows all around, and a tropical copula which allow for natural ventilation and cooling.
The air is always fresh from the sea breezes, and carries the scent of the many tropical flowers in the area.
On clear nights, stargazing is a favorite thing to do sitting on the deck with the lights out.
If it happens to rain, the sound of the raindrops is a gentle lullaby to sleep by.
The deck sits above the tops of the coffee trees, with tropical trees and flowers to gaze upon everywhere. It is very quiet, very private, and you share nothing with anyone else.
Less than a 5 minute drive takes you to snorkeling, diving, kayaking, hiking, and beaches without having to fight the traffic.
